Interpretation

This is my only chance for survival.

I'm guessing this refers to Adam, whose only chance for survival was the serum made from Clark's blood.

It's not written in any language known to man.

Jonathan said this to Clark in "Pilot" about the Kryptonian language on the ship's heart.

I know about the lab at Metron.

This was said by Lex to Lionel in "Resurrection." Metron is where Adam was resurrected and, later, held prisoner.

In "Hereafter," Jordan had the ability to see the deaths of anyone he touched. When he and Clark touched, he saw the famous red cape and 'S' shield flying through space and time. A confused Jordan told Clark, "You don't have an end."

In "Obscura," Dr. Hamilton showed Lex the octagonal disc for the first time. About the key, Lex said, "I don't like riddles, Doctor." Dr. Hamilton replied, "Then this object will make you profoundly unhappy... There is nothing like this alloy on this earth."

Jordan ("Hereafter") had a vision of an old woman dying on a rollercoaster and told her she was going to die.

Perhaps this refers to Lionel being locked up in prison? The capitalization of "Cage" piques my interest though, as nothing is unintentional in the Prophecies. After all, Lt. Cage, an officer in "Crisis," was shut out of the investigation.

You won't find the answer by looking to the stars-- It's a journey you take by looking inside yourself.

Adam leaked blood from his eyes on several occasions, starting with "Velocity." So did Garret’s brother, Vince ("Hereafter"). Also, there are also reports of statues, pictures, etc. crying blood, though no one knows how or why. Perhaps this is another sign of the Apocalypse?

In "Obsession," while Alicia and Clark were looking at the stars from Clark's loft, Alicia said, "According to the Greeks, Orion the Hunter is greater in strength and stature than any other mortal." I think it's also important to note that parallels between Clark and famous Greek heroes are common (see the parallel between Clark and Hercules in Prophecy 3).

This sounds like it should be from "Whisper," but it's not. Perhaps it was from an earlier version of the script for that episode?

These were the last words of Max Taylor (the Daily Planet) before his secretary killed him in "Delete." However, I must point out that, when the episode actually aired, the secretary's name was Maureen rather than Loreen-- another example of scripts changing over time.
