Translation
If you want to change your destiny, you have to find a way to let it all go, or it will destroy you.
The body shocks. The mind forgets. The heart remembers.
Take away the weakness, and the plant will thrive. But beware the bad seed.
I didn't think there was a wall here. I'm not sure I want that life back. At last I can embrace my true destiny.
Two orphans join soul to soul. The third made them whole. Now no one can console.

This is probably a reference to "Blank" and how Clark's mind may have forgotten who Lana was, but his heart didn't (gag).

Clark said the first two lines in "Blank." Amnesiac Clark said the first line to Lex when they were looking around in the Caves, he said the second line to Chloe when she was explaining how he was keeping his abilities secret from everyone. According to KSite's madCoder, the third line is from "Onyx." A stunned Lex, faced with Alexander, says, "The explosion....." Alexander completes Lex's thoughts, saying "...freed me from your weakness! At last I can embrace my true destiny!"
