The key for the first part is as follows:

To decipher the second part, it *looks* like you need to use the same technique used for Prophecy 12 and Prophecy 13. However, this is a trick-- it's a code that needs to be cracked without any external devices.

Translation
The first part translates to: I don't know who you are. Just a friend from another star. You can see right through me.
The second part translates to: You may think you know your destiny, but you have no idea what greatness lies ahead of you.
Hidden Message
"jores dyng act" is revealed when the first key is arranged in ascending numerical order. This probably means "Jor-El's dying act," which was sending Clark to Earth right before Krypton exploded.
"you wil trave" is revealed when the second key is arranged in ascending numerical order. This probably means "You will travel"-- is Clark taking a trip somewhere? Yes-- he traveled into the cave walls in "Covenant."
Interpretation

These are lyrics from "Can You Read My Mind?," a song performed (rather, spoken...) by Margot Kidder, who played Lois Lane, in the original Superman movie. Interestingly, in Season Four, Margot Kidder plays Dr. Bridget Crosby, assistant to Dr. Swann (played by the late Christopher Reeve).
You may think you know your destiny, but you have no idea what greatness lies ahead of you.
This is yet another line said by Kara to Clark in "Covenant."
