The key for the first part is as follows:

To decipher the second part, the Ledger archives must be used. The clue is the episode in which the lyrics below appeared: "Dichotic." If you go to the Ledger archive for the week of "Dichotic," the code makes sense. "Ledger IV" means the fourth article of that issue. In that article are the words needed to make sense of the prophecy. For example, "A:9:iv" means paragraph A (the first paragraph), word nine, fourth letter. Do this for all of the given numbers and letters, and the second part of the code is revealed.
Translation
The first part translates to: You don’t know my destiny. You can’t see what I can see. This is how it has to be. No more us and no more we. You can’t hear yourself think with their voices inside your head.
The second part translates to: This is only the beginning. You have no idea how powerful you will become.
Hidden Message
If you arrange the decoded half of the key (in my chart, the letters in yellow), the coded half (the letters in blue), spell "what epso." This may mean "What episode..."
Interpretation
