The Prophecies

Ezra's First Vision

While his neck was being crushed by the powerful hand of the Windigo, Ezra Small had his first prophetic vision.  Scenes flashed through his mind, changing this man from mere settler to Prophet in one amazing, yet terrifying night.  According to Christopher James Beppo, Ezra saw

A crying girl... a golden eagle swathed in blue... a cluster of snakes surrounding a vulnerable man... a grotesque flower opening... two brothers locked in mortal combat... a baked, decomposing field... a spinning globe... a proud, impassive lion... a world disintegrating in hellish green flames... a kiss to end all kisses... a dying man's pleading face... a trio of ominous black-garbed figures... a violent rush of wind... a regal swan waiting expectantly...

This experience changed Ezra forever, but it was only the beginning of his career as Seer.
