Mission Two
Ezra informs you that Christopher James Beppo's car has been scanned for clues, and a secret message was hidden on page 107 of his owner's manual.
This roughly translates to

The first thing you need to do is make sure your screen resolution is high enough to see the "Switch to Interior" button at the upper right-hand corner of the video. If you don't see it, you need to adjust your desktop settings. Right click on your Desktop and click "Properties." Then, choose the "Settings" tab. Slide the screen resolution bar towards "More" to increase your screen resolution.
At this point, I got stuck and couldn't figure out how to progress. Car? How do you access the scan of the car? KryptonSite's Eh,Man?You-El? was the first to point out what to do (and he also solved the puzzle first!). Once the video is done playing, click "Close" to close the video (silly me!), and a three-dimensional model of Beppo's car appears. Toggle the filter in the upper left-hand corner on and off as you search the car, both exterior and interior, using the locations on page 107 as your guide. Look for little red circles; clicking these hotspots reveals letters that fill in the blanks of the puzzle. When you have clicked on every hotspot, this message appears:
TO STOP LEX'S ARMY, GET THE VIAL OF SOLDIER INGREDIENTS.
Click "Solve" and type the above phrase in to complete the Mission.
