Additions to the Hidden Prophecy keep appearing, so I have split the Prophecy into sections as they appeared at the Ezra Small House and Museum.  Interpretations and translations are available for each on their respective pages.

Translation

KSite's Eh,Man!You-El? and Veaglarwen were able to crack this code.  The jumble can be split into strings, which are then pieced together in intervals of 5 (string 1 plus string 6 plus string 11, etc.).  The descrambled passage reads:

He never really cuts the strings.
Now pause and look with care and consider how much is between your fingers.
When you leave a trail of breadcrumbs, it is no surprise when the crow comes calling.
The lesson is not in the ending; it is in the journey.
Ethan roil earth lion Chloe name.
O come, O come, do not leave us, ye loyal friend.
In the season of the smallest perfect number, all will be redeemed.

Interpretation

Major props to Eh,Man!You-El? for these interpretations.

He never really cuts the strings.

This is a reference to how Lex is still "pulling the strings" of those FoTWs who reside in Level 33.1 (webisode 33.1 of "The Vengeance Chronicles").

Now pause and look with care and consider how much is between your fingers.

OK, this is something I totally never would have gotten.  It calls back to a line in Part VII.  This screenshot of one of "The Vengeance Chronicles" webisodes shows some numbers that appear to be code:

The numbers, though a little hard to read, are 146 151 156 144 040 166 145 163 163 145 154 040 157 146 040 132 157 144.  The fingers of your hands have eight spaces between them-- eight sections of "webbing," shall we say, to keep with this whole "webisode" theme.  So KSite's Veaglarwen informs us that apparently if you use some sort of wacky coding language called "base 8 acsii" (www.lookuptables.com), the message find vessel of Zod is revealed.  Rich of Rich's World says this is also known as "Octal Code."  As for me, I'm just going, "Whuh?"  Well, at least I know how to do HTML, darnit!  Anyway, could this be a reference to Lionel?

When you leave a trail of breadcrumbs, it is no surprise when the crow comes calling.

Milton Fine said this to Lex in "Hypnotic" when Lex showed up at Fine's tent all the way in Honduras.  In addition, Raven thinks this might be a reference to the movie The Crow.  Some people once believed a crow carries the soul from Earth to the afterlife, but those who still have business to take care of here on Earth sometimes come back.  Anyone who's seen The Crow knows about the lead character's quest to right the wrongs done to him.  Raven suggests perhaps Jonathan Kent will be making some upcoming appearances, and the spoilers for "Void" confirm this theory.

The lesson is not in the ending; it is in the journey.

Eh,Man?You-El? suggests this implies the most important stuff of Season 5 will not be in the season finale, but in other episodes.

Ethan roil earth lion Chloe name.

KSite's Veaglarwen points out that "Ethan roil" and "earth lion" are anagrams.  Fallen Star reveals "earth lion" is from the Greek "chamai" (earth) and "lion" -- chameleon.  The Chameleon was the nickname the feds gave to the hit man villain of "Fade."

O come, O come, do not leave us, ye loyal friend.

I have to agree with Eh,Man?You-El? on this one that this is a shout-out to him.  On one of the Ezra snowflakes, I wrote "This snowflake was found by CHRIS LOYE" (his true identity).  He was determined to hang up his ESP hat recently, and it sounds as if Beppo is begging his Loye-al friend not to leave!  "Surely some of you have sung "O come, O come, Emmanuel" at Christmas?" asks Tyrrath.  SHOUT-OUT, I say, SHOUT-OUT!

In the season of the smallest perfect number, all will be redeemed.

Ah... Perfect numbers... I remember those from math class.  I like Eh,Man?You-El?'s definition: "A perfect number is a positive integer that is equal to the sum of its proper divisors."  So the smallest of these is six (its factors are 1, 2, and 3, and 1 + 2 + 3 = 6).  So in the sixth season, all will be redeemed... Does this mean next season will be the last?
