When Clark put the ship's heart inside the ship ("Rosetta"), it opened to reveal concentric circles of Kryptonian writing. Three different shots of the ship's interior:

The writing (the part we can SEE, anyway) seems to say "...on this third planet from the star Sol you will be a god... that is where your greatness lies rule with... with strength my son that is among men rule with from the star Sol you will be a god among men..." According to Clark, the full message reads, "On this third planet from the star Sol, you will be a god among men. They are a flawed race. Rule them with strength, my son. That is where your greatness lies." The amusing thing that Clark neglected to point out is that the innermost circle reads "Made in Taiwan." Gotta love those silly prop guys!
In "Memoria," Clark had a flashback of being put in the spaceship by his biological parents for his escape to Earth. This flashback shows the ship interior's with the same message. The robed arms of Jor-El and Lara, along with a baby Kal-El bundled into a yellow blanket, creates another nice homage to the future Superman costume.
